The simplest cake with the most available ingredients in most homes is nothing but yogurt cake. You can use either strained yogurt or sweet one to bake this cake. Yogurt cakes have flexible recipe because you can use a little cocoa, chocolate or even coffee in it. Yogurt taste is not dominant in this cake. It is not needed to grease the whole cake mold for this type, but just cover the bottom of the mold with oil paper. To decorate the surface, you can use powdered sugar, types of cream and so on. If you are tender to puffing the cake, you can separate the egg yolks and whisk the egg whites to make it puffy and then add in the cake liquid.
